:: Alternate Browsers That Use Tabs Make Internet Explorer Obsolete ::.

The US Government has sent out a warning out to internet users through its Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT), pleading users to stop using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer hasn't changed in years while its little known rivals Netcaptor and Opera have continued to add innovative new features such as "tabs" that allow you to switch between many open web pages in one browser window.  Once you try a browser that uses "tabs" you'll be hooked and probably never go back to using Internet Explorer.

Tabbed browsing is the biggest fundamental improvement in the Web browser in years.

Netscape (in case you didn't know) is no more.  AOL has laid off most of the Netscape employees and no new versions of Netscape are being released.
