FREE Registration with the major search engines is included with all of the web sites that we design. With the large volume of sites being submitted nowadays though, it may be months before you actually see your site in a search engine's results.  Many search engines will still allow you to register a site for free, but don't guarantee any time frame in which your site will be listed or any ranking where you'll be listed.

Paid Registration:  If you need your site listed right away, you can pay a fee to get it listed (indexed) in a weeks or even days. The fees depend on which search engine you want a quick listing with.

The problem with ALL registrations (free or paid):  Although paid registration will guarantee a listing with a search engine, it will not guarantee a specific ranking. If you are listed too far down in the rankings, most people will never find your site anyway.
