Cybermarker Web Developer, D. David Andrews, was a Penn State Webmaster
for nearly five years and now devotes all of his time to this business.
David was also an instructor for Penn
State's Webmaster Certificate Program from its inception. The
program is accredited by the Association of Internet Professionals and
the World Organization of Webmasters.
He has taught all of the following courses for this certification:

As a freelance web designer, David has designed and developed web sites

defunct Millennium III Publishing, located in DuBois, PA and periodically
teaches courses in the Internet, E-mail, and Microsoft® FrontPage®
for Computer Support in Clarion,
Pennsylvania.
